Yes! With our virtual staging services, you can furnish and decorate vacant properties, transforming them into visually captivating homes.
If your home faces east, we recommend a morning appointment. A morning or afternoon time slot is appropriate if your house faces south. An afternoon photo session would be best if your home faces west. For northern-facing homes, please contact me to discuss your options. To minimize photo shoot time, your property must be “photo-ready” when I arrive. Your appointment will include an allotted time for your photo session.

Appointment time depends on the size of the property and the requested services. It could take under an hour or an entire day.
The agent is not required to be at the shoot for non-vacant properties.
Yes! New customers can apply a 10% discount by using code NEW10. Clients can also receive $50 for referral upon referred client job payment.
Yes! However, the travel fee with real estate photo package pricing will apply to distances over 30 miles from my office.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice via the contact form below if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email, I did not receive your cancellation request, and your appointment is still reserved. Please contact me immediately. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. Due to bad weather, there is no cancellation fee for rescheduling your photo shoot. If you repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments, a $100.00 non-refundable security deposit will be required to reserve your next photo shoot.
